NJ Licensed Clinician

Conduct assessment, intake, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and discharge planning for assigned youth in their homes, community and/or in the office.

Qualifications: Must be independently licensed in NJ for LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist and have a minimum of one year experience with youth that have social, emotional, mental health and/or developmental challenges.

Behavioral Assistant

Teach life and social skills, counsel youth in their homes.

Qualifications: Must have Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience considered) and minimum of one year experience with youth that have social, emotional, mental health and/or developmental challenges. Licensed clinical supervision provided.

BCBA and BCaBA

Create FBA with families of developmentally disabled youth; supervise Behavior Technicians to implement the plans in the homes of youth.

Qualifications: Must have BCBA or BCaBA Certification and minimum of one year experience with the developmentally disabled population. BCBA supervision provided for BCaBA staff.

Unlicensed Masters Clinicians

Conduct assessment, intake, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and discharge planning for assigned youth in their homes, community and/or in the office.

Qualifications: Must hold a permit in NJ for LSW, LAC, MFT, or Psychologist and have a minimum of one year experience with youth that have social, emotional, mental health and/or developmental challenges. Supervision provided by Licensed Clinicians.

Internships/Practicums

FTxCS / UFS are committed to professional development have an extensive program of student internships. We currently have relationships with Rutger’s, Stockton, LaSalle, Capella, and Drexel Universities and are open to expanding to other programs that are related to our mission. Interns receive supervision from Licensed Clinicians individually and also in an intern group that meets monthly.

Requirement: Interns need permission from their University to apply; contracts in place prior to start. A minimum of one year commitment to internship is needed in order to fully benefit from the experience. Interns need a minimum of one year employed or volunteer experience engaging youth with social, emotional, mental health and/or developmental challenges.
