Family Therapy and Consultation Services (FTxCS) and United Family Services (UFS) provide assessment, individual and family therapy, and behavior assistance services in the Central and Southern Region Counties of New Jersey. Intensive therapy and behavioral assistance services assist youth and families to overcome emotional, behavioral and developmental challenges and allow participants to lead successful lives in their homes, schools and communities.   Services are provided in the homes of youth and families through referral from the NJ Children’s Behavioral Health System of Care at no cost to the family.  Families not eligible for the intensity of care offered in home through NJ System of Care may participate in services at the office in Woodbury, NJ.

FTxCS / UFS staff of professionals includes Licensed & Master’s Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Assistants, and Behavior Assistants. Staff have a wide range of specialties and are culturally representative of the families in the region.

Consultation Services

Assistance in program development and capacity building is offered to organizations and individuals by highly qualified professionals with established track records of successful program implementation. Consultation services include:

· Clinical Supervision by Licensed & experienced Clinicians

Clinical Supervision is essential in ensuring that therapeutic services provided to youth and families is offered at the highest quality.  Supervision by qualified Licensed Clinicians serves to enhance supervisees’ skills and competence, ensure that services to youth and families is safe, ethical and competent and  ensures compliance with professional and organizational treatment standards.

Clinical Supervisors include LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Clinical Psychologists, and BCBA credentialed professionals that are available to assist in the professional development for a diverse population of professional staff.

FTxCS / UFS staff seeking licensure receive supervision at greatly reduced fees prorated by how many hours of service they provide.

Clinicians seeking licensure that work for other agencies are welcome to seek supervision from FTxCS Licensed Clinicians in their discipline at $120/hour for individual and/or $75/hour for a dyad.

Agencies and schools seeking Clinical Supervision and / or services may contact FTxCS / UFS to design the program that works best for their staff, youth and families.

· Program Design · Proposal Writing

Agencies seeking assistance in creating programs for youth and families may contract with FTxCS / UFS for assistance in design, writing proposals for funding, and consultation to their program staff.  This service is provided by highly accomplished staff with an extensive track record of successful program design and implementation.
