IIC Program

Job Title: Licensed Level IIC Full-Time and Part-Time Therapist Positions

Responsibilities:

  • Services provided in In-Home or In-Community settings

  • Provide case management to link with needed services and pro-social activities.

Job Title: Behavioral Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human services field or significant experience + 3 years of experience with youth

  • Completion of the BA Certification (6 months post first assigned case)

Part Time

  • Fee For Service Rate: $32-$35 per Hour

IIH Program

Job Title: BCBA (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and complete behavior support plan (BSP) and functional behavior assessment (FBA) in a timely manner at the start of services
  • Submit re-authorization plans (BSP) in a timely manner
  • Create behavior plan based on the function of each behavior to be implemented
  • Provide/create data sheets for collection of behaviors and current programs
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner

  • Provide weekly supervision to assigned behavior technician and train behavior technician on behavior plan and current programs

Job Title:BCABA (Full-Time or Part-time)

Position: Behavioral Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Teach age-appropriate life and social skills in accordance with individualized goals.
  • Implement behavioral interventions to address target goals, manage crisis, and assist families to build a sustainable support network that will maintain changes made.
  • Teach family members strategies and techniques to implement behavioral plans and effectively respond to target behaviors to ensure continuity and consistency.
  • Record and report accurate program data and behavior data to BCBA/BCaBA.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Represent program in the community.
  • All other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and at least one year (1) of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, or social work and at least one year (1) of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities; OR
  • High School Diploma or GED and at least three (3) years of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration.

- IBHS - Philadelphia:

Position: Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides clinical and administrative supervision of counseling staff.

    • Supervise Therapists and Behavior Assistants.
      • Train and provide structured and unstructured clinical supervision of therapy services.
      • Provide in-service training in areas needing strengthening.
      • Provide co-therapy in difficult cases.
      • Ensure coverage in the event of therapist absence.
      • On-call 24 hours for backup.
      • Conduct evaluations.
    • Train and Supervise student interns.
      • Conduct evaluations and meet with field instructors.
  2. May provide psychotherapy and other direct service activities as needed.

    • Conduct intakes, as needed.
    • Handle up-cases, as needed.
    • Liaison with DCP&P, schools, Family Court, service providers, family members in difficult cases.
    • Address grievances of clients, family members, staff, or other involved persons.
    • Document treatment progress.
    • Handle on-call responsibilities.
  3. Is responsible for oversight of the treatment component.

    • Review treatment plans, intakes, progress, and other documentation related to treatment to ensure best practice.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in human services field with supervised practicum experience.
  • 5 years of experience with youth, at least 3 years of which is in a supervisor role.
  • Independently licensed to practice therapy in NJ (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, Clinical Psychologist).
  • Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) granted by the appropriate Board of Licensing or AAMFT.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration.
  • Child Abuse and Criminal Background Clearance.

Rate: $62-$65/hr

Position: Independently Licensed Therapist (Full-Time and Part-Time)

Specific Description of Duties:

  • Provide intensive therapeutic services consisting of individual therapy and parents or caregiver therapy.
  • Develop and revise the Individualized Treatment Plan.
  • Assist with crisis stabilization and addressing problems the child, youth, or young adult has encountered.
  • Assure ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as parents or caregivers and other providers as appropriate to provide continuity of care.
  • Execute timely documentation of client information including treatment plans, progress notes, etc.
  • Establish a relationship of trust and respect with staff, clients, and parents.
  • Participate in required evidence-based training.
  • Complete other tasks as requested by the management team.

Requirements: Licensed Mobile Therapists must meet one of the following:

  • Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Marriage and Parents or caregivers Therapist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker.
  • Licensed in PA as a behavior specialist and have a master’s degree that requires a clinical or mental direct service practicum.

    Requirements:

  • Hours will be completed in the school and the home.

Position: Licensed Therapist (Full-Time)

30-Day Assessment Period:

  • Pay: $40 per hour (**** applies to fee-for-service rate only)
  • During the 30-day assessment period, clinicians will be paid $40 for both direct and indirect hours. After the 30 days, the clinician is exclusively paid for direct hours at the agreed-upon rate.

Benefits:

  • 2 weeks paid time off

Requirements:

  • Must complete 15 hours (direct) per week in the IBHS Program.
  • Must be willing to drive to clients in schools and homes within a reasonable distance (approximately 30 minutes).
  • Hours will be completed in the school and the home.
  • Must be flexible (potentially work on weekends if needed, not absolutely necessary).
  • Submit documentation every Friday.
  • 15-hour per week requirement for the position. If unable to attain 15 hours, a corrective action plan will be designed and created to ensure the required 15 hours are being met by the clinician.

Pay Structure:

  • Salary: Up to $97,000
  • Fee-For-Service: $80/hr

Job Title: Master’s Level Mobile Therapist (Part-Time and Full-Time)

Specific Description of Duties:

  • Provide intensive therapeutic services consisting of individual therapy and parents or caregivers therapy.
  • Develop and revise the Individualized Treatment Plan.
  • Assist with crisis stabilization and addressing problems the child, youth, or young adult has encountered.

  • Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker.
  • Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Social Worker or Behavior Specialist and have a master’s degree that requires a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
  • Have a master’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults.
  • Have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services and a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults.
  • Have a master’s degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or a related field and completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.

Job Title:Licensed Behavior Specialist Consultant (Part-Time and Full-Time)

Program: IBHS

Description:

This position offers flexible hours in which you can make your own schedule. This position is part-time, fee-for-service, and will work within the new IBHS regulations.

Specific Description of Duties:

  • Provide direct strength-based services to address behavioral needs of children, youths, and young adults and their parents or caregivers.
  • Identify behavioral needs of the child, youth, or young adult and develop and implement comprehensive strength-based behavioral interventions as part of the individualized treatment plans.
  • Have ongoing communication and collaboration with all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as parents or caregivers and other providers as appropriate to provide continuity of care.
  • Execute timely documentation of client information including treatment plans, progress notes, etc.
  • Establish a relationship of trust and respect with staff, clients, and parents.
  • Participate in required mandated trainings.
  • Attend supervision.

Requirements: Behavioral Specialist Consultants must meet one of the following:

  • Be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a Behavioral Specialist.
  • Hold a current BCBA certification.
  • Have a master’s degree in ABA.
  • Have a master’s degree in psychology, ABA, social work, education, counseling, or related field that includes a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youths, or young adults.

Position: Behavioral Health Technician (Part-time position)

Description:

Compassionate, dedicated, and strength-based Behavioral Technicians who are committed and have a passion for working with children, youths, young adults and their parents or  caregivers in their homes, in the community and in schools. This position offers flexible hours in which you can make your own schedule. This position is part-time, fee-for-service, and will work within the new IBHS regulations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide BHT services based on the Individualized Treatment Plan.
  • Provide behavioral stabilization and interventions to support services provided by a behavior specialist and/or mobile therapist.
  • Assist parent or caregiver to address the therapeutic needs of the child, youth, or young adult• Collect data as defined with in the individualized treatment plan
  • Have ongoing communication and collaboration with all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as parents or caregivers and other providers as appropriate to provide continuity of care.
  • Executes timely documentation of client information including treatment plans, progress notes, etc.
  • Establishes a relationship of trust and respect with staff, clients, and parents.• Attend supervision
  • Complete other tasks as requestedby the management team.

Requirements:
BHTs must meet one of the following:  

  • RBT, BCAT, or BCABA certification.
  • Behavior analysis certification that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
  • BHT certification from the Pennsylvania Certification Board.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, education, or related field.

Position: Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides clinical and administrative supervision of counseling staff.

    • Supervise Therapists and Behavior Assistants.
      • Train and provide structured and unstructured clinical supervision of therapy services.
      • Provide in-service training in areas needing strengthening.
      • Provide co-therapy in difficult cases.
      • Ensure coverage in the event of therapist absence.
      • On-call 24 hours for backup.
      • Conduct evaluations.
    • Train and Supervise student interns.
      • Conduct evaluations and meet with field instructors.
  2. May provide psychotherapy and other direct service activities as needed.

    • Conduct intakes, as needed.
    • Handle up-cases, as needed.
    • Liaison with DCP&P, schools, Family Court, service providers, family members in difficult cases.
    • Address grievances of clients, family members, staff, or other involved persons.
    • Document treatment progress.
    • Handle on-call responsibilities.
  3. Is responsible for oversight of the treatment component.

    • Review treatment plans, intakes, progress, and other documentation related to treatment to ensure best practice.
    • Ensure that all activities are in compliance with treatment plans.
  4. Represent the program in the community.

  5. Assist CEO to oversee Quality Assurance in all aspects of program operations.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in human services field with supervised practicum experience.
  • 5 years of experience with youth, at least 3 years of which is in a supervisor role.
  • Independently licensed to practice therapy in NJ (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, Clinical Psychologist).
  • Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) granted by the appropriate Board of Licensing or AAMFT.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration.
  • Child Abuse and Criminal Background Clearance.

Rate: $62-$65/hr

Position: Licensed Therapist (Full-Time)

  • Execute timely documentation of client information including treatment plans, progress notes, etc.
  • Establish a relationship of trust and respect with staff, clients, and parents.
  • Participate in required evidence-based training.

  • Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker.

30-Day Assessment Period Pay: $40 per hour (***applies to fee-for-service rate only)

  • During the 30-day assessment period, clinicians will be paid $40 for both direct and indirect hours. After the 30 days, the clinician is exclusively paid for direct hours at the agreed-upon rate.

2 weeks paid time off / 7 sick days / 3 personal days.

Requirements:

  • Must complete 15 hours (direct) per week in the IBHS program.
  • Must be willing to drive to clients in schools and homes within a reasonable distance (approximately 30 minutes).
  • Hours will be completed in the school and the home.
  • Must be flexible (potentially work on weekends if needed, not absolutely necessary).
  • Submit documentation every Friday.

15-hour per week requirement for the position. If unable to attain 15 hours, a corrective action plan will be designed and created to ensure the required 15 hours are being met by the clinician.

Pay Structure:

  • Salary: Up to $80,000.
  • Fee-For-Service: $65/hr.

Position: Master’s Level Mobile Therapist (Full-Time)

Specific Description of Duties:

  • Provide intensive therapeutic services consisting of individual therapy and parents or caregivers therapy.

  • Assist with crisis stabilization and addressing problems the child, youth, or young adult has encountered.

  • Fee-For-Service: $50/hr.

  • Provide direct strength-based services to address behavioral needs of children, youths, and young adults and their parents or caregivers.
  • Identify behavioral needs of the child, youth, or young adult and develop and implement comprehensive strength-based behavioral interventions as part of the individualized treatment plans.
  • Have ongoing communication and collaboration with all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as parents or caregivers and other providers as appropriate to provide continuity of care.
  • Execute timely documentation of client information including treatment plans, progress notes, etc.
  • Establish a relationship of trust and respect with staff, clients, and parents.
  • Participate in required mandated trainings.
  • Attend supervision.
