With more than 25 years of experience in medical administration and healthcare revenue cycle management, April Williams serves as the ABA IIH CMO and MCO Billing Administrator, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and support. She is a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) and a Certified Medical Revenue Management Representative (CMRM) with an extensive background spanning medical billing companies, provider education, and healthcare operations.
Throughout her career, April has worked with organizations including Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, served as an instructor for Harris School of Business, and held the position of Career Services Director for CDM Institute. She has also conducted educational workshops for healthcare providers focused on billing practices, compliance, and revenue optimization, while assisting providers with practice startup and administrative development.
For the past six years, April has specialized in mental health billing administration, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the ABA program, with managed care billing and private payer processes.
Known for her professionalism, strong work ethic, compassion, leadership, and warm approachable personality, she is dedicated to helping providers, leadership, co-workers, and the agency to operate efficiently while delivering exceptional support and service.
