Meet Our Supervisors

Paige Palumbo

Paige Palumbo, LPC

LPC Supervisor

Paige received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University and completed the Addiction Counselor Training (ACT) Program at Rutgers University. Paige is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) in the State of NJ. Paige has experience working in various treatment settings assisting clients with mental health, behavioral health and substance abuse difficulties. Paige utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) approaches to help clients gain skills to cope and navigate life.

Katey Hunter

Katey Hunter, LCSW

LCSW Supervisor

Katey is a Licensed Clinical Social worker committed to helping children, families and adults explore barriers to living their best life. Katey uses an individualized, trauma informed and client-lead approach to help clients meet their goals. Some specialized training Katey incorporates into her practice include approaches from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Keeping Babies and Children in Mind. Katey believes that our adverse childhood experiences impact the way we experience and interact with the world around us today. 

Katey has worked in various levels of care including inpatient psychiatric, screening and crisis intervention, outpatient mental health and intensive in-home counseling for the past 7 years following completing a Master’s program at Rutger’s University. She received certification to be a clinical supervisor in May 2022 and enjoys supervising other clinicians in their clinical practice. 

Letycia Figeuroa

Letycia Figeuroa, LMFT

LMFT Supervisor

Letycia is a bilingual AAMFT Clinical Fellow and an Approved AAMFT Supervisor. She holds a Masters of Family Therapy from Drexel University and Licensure in PA. She utilizes Systemic Relational therapies, Contextual Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma informed approaches when working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Letycia has specialized in working with adolescents and families working through anxiety, depression, challenges faced during and after immigration, attachment issues, family relational conflict and trauma. Letycia’s philosophy begins with understanding the experience of the individual seeking help. She believes creating a safe space for their experience to be shared is the first step to creating new connections, reaching their goals, and supporting healthy relationships. As a clinical supervisor, her focus is on the professional development of therapists working towards their identity as therapists and supporting them towards goals for licensure. She utilizes Person of the Therapist with a Family Systems Theoretical Orientation.
