Vanessa Camacho

IIC Administrative Assistant

Vanessa Camacho is an Administrative Assistant with over 4 years experience in the administrative field. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing paperwork necessary for payroll, reviewing documentation, and ensuring consistent service. She is an essential component with the team and is always available when staff needs assistance with compiling their paperwork for submission.

She displays an ability to learn rapidly and adapt to changing procedures. While she was employed at a preschool, Vanessa gained vital experience in customer service by using her excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition.

Vanessa plans to further her education by obtaining her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Vanessa often goes the extra mile to achieve a positive outcome. Vanessa’s smile can always brighten our day.

Kevin Huynh

IIC Administrative Assistant

With 4 years of administration experience, Kevin Huynh has finely crafted his expertise in orchestrating the backstage  of businesses. He is a connoisseur of efficiency and an aficionado of detail, consistently spicing up office operations with his touch of organization and precision.

His responsibilities include processing paperwork necessary for payroll and verifying that all supporting documents are accurate and included. He plans to obtain his masters in physical therapy and demonstrates every day that he is capable of adapting to an ever changing environment.

Linda Gray

IIC Administrative Assistant

Linda Gray is an Administrative Assistant with over 20 years experience in the administrative field. Linda is a vital part of our payroll team as she is responsible for processing paperwork necessary for payroll. She continuously strives to strengthen and refine her performance. Linda displays a strong personal commitment to successfully completing all assignments given to her. Linda possesses the temperament needed in an atmosphere that is constantly changing. She often makes suggestions in ways to make the workflow more efficient and is always willing to help make the necessary changes.

Linda graduated from Gloucester County College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Linda’s experience over the years provided her with exceptional interpersonal communication skills needed to excel within our company. Linda is a shining example of our principles and values.

Lakiea Santiago

IIC Administrative Assistant

Lakiea Santiago has provided excellent attention to detail. Lakiea has proven to be indispensable in organizing paperwork while innovating successful projects to improve office support. Her contributions to the team are a welcomed joy thus improving communication within the agency.

Lakiea has brought over 15 years of her experience in her field to the office. She is a graduate of Thomas Edison University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences. Additionally, Lakiea has cultivated the skills needed to create a harmonious work environment that allowed her to graciously represent CGS Family Partnership for 3 years while meeting and corresponding with new and old clients alike. Lakiea is a hardworking individual who enjoys helping others and is a versatile administrative assistant with proven organizational skills. 

Elizabeth Bailey

Clinical Coordinator

Elizabeth Bailey is a Clinical Coordinator with the IIC team. Liz has been with our agency for over 3 years. She recently obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in Childhood Studies and Sociology at Rutgers University. Liz has worked at Center for Family Services as an activity coordinator as well as a sexual assault advocate. She has also worked in schools as a teacher working with children of all populations. During these experiences she found a passion for working with children and families and connecting them with further support systems.

Her goal is to become an LPC and continue to pursue her career goals throughout her time with Family Therapy. Liz constantly strives to strengthen and refine her professional effectiveness. Liz demonstrates vital skills in investigating and problem-solving. She continues to offer support to multiple departments and is eager to assist in all facets of the business.

Nicole Greer

Nicole Greer

Clinical Coordinator

Nicole is an IIC Clinical Coordinator. Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Holy Family University. After completing her degree, she worked for a non-profit providing in-home ecosystemic structural family therapy and case management in Northeast Philadelphia. Nicole also has experience as a CMO care manager through CGS Family Partnership. While working with youths and their families within the community, Nicole developed a passion for helping at-risk children and adolescents and began pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Holy Family University.

Nicole aspires to continue her work with our agency and pursue outpatient therapy. 

Melanie Chiro

Melanie Chiro

Clinical Coordinator

Melanie is an IIC Care Coordinators and has over ten years of experience working within the child welfare field. Melanie received her Bachelor’s Degree from Rowan University in 2015 for Liberal Studies with a focus in Sociology.

After graduation, Melanie was employed as a Permanency Caseworker for Pennsylvania Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN).  After gaining experience, Melanie furthered her career at SWAN as a Legal Service Initiative Coordinator. Melanie also has experience working one on one with at-risk youth and children with disabilities.

Melanie is very excited to continue helping children and families reach their goals.
