LaNiyia McDuffie

LaNiyia McDuffie

IBHS Billing Director

LaNiyia has over 10 years of billing experience. As the Director of Billing, LaNiyia works with the whole team to make sure our youth are able to get the service they need. Billing, Math, Budgeting and Business have been a passion of LaNiyia’s since her high school days at Archbishop Prendergast and carried with her through adulthood.

LaNiyia joined Family Therapy and Consultation Service in 2021 to help build the Pennsylvania Programs, successfully managing any task that may come her way. Since the day she joined FTXCS, LaNiyia has been passionate about uplifting others and brightening the team’s day with a positive approach.

Madison Palladino

Madison Palladino

Administrative Assistant/Biller

Madison is an Administrative Assistant over at the Pennsylvania branch! She assists the administrative staff with day to day necessities and is supportive in a multitude of ways. Madison is a pleasure to work with and brings energy and commitment to every initiative.

Madison has worked with children specifically in the mental health realm for the past 3 years, and she is currently pursuing her Master of Science Psychology degree at Villanova University

Ruth Baker

Ruth Baker

Administrative Assistant/Biller

Ruth Baker is in the IBHS billing department.  She is responsible for the electronic billing of IBHS insurance claims and the resolution of insurance problems and disputes.  Ruth has over 30 years of experience in the field of accounting as well as many years of administrative and customer service experience.  Ruth graduated from a technical business school and successfully completed the Health Claims Specialist program. 

Ruth has extensive knowledge of insurance claims, insurance policies and the use of the ICD-10 coding and billing procedures. Ruth is a hard working, detail oriented and an organized individual that has contributed to our company’s growth.  She plans to continue her professional career with FTXCS.  

Lis SantaMaria

Lis Santamaria

IBHS Clinical Coordinator

Lis Santamaría is a Clinician from Caracas, Venezuela.  She has been working in the mental health field since 2006, mostly in non-traditional mental health settings such as community psychology, humanitarian intervention and qualitative research. She believes in developing a trusting therapeutic alliance to build on the strengths of her clients whether these are individuals, families or communities. Lis believes in multimodal and transdisciplinary frameworks to enhance teams and in mental health approaches that are infused with community based, trauma focused, intersectional and human rights based approaches.

Kiesha Oliver

Kiesha Oliver

MA Clinical Coordinator

Kiesha brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field, with a focus on program development, quality improvement, and compliance. She graduated from Delaware Valley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology and earned a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Neumann University. Kiesha joined FTXCS in 2021 as a mobile therapist.

Kiesha embodies the philosophy of servant leadership, emphasizing compassion, character, and competence. In her therapeutic practice, she adopts a person-centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to address her clients’ needs. Kiesha believes that collaboration and communication are essential to a strong therapeutic alliance, which she views as the cornerstone of a client’s growth and progress. She is dedicated to helping clients discover and utilize their inherent tools to cultivate a richer, more meaningful life, and she takes pride in walking alongside them on their unique journeys.

Efraj Davis

LBS Clinical Coordinator

Our Clinical Coordinator of Philadelphia, Efraj Davis, is a seasoned professional with over six years of experience in the mental health field. As a supervisor and therapist, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Efraj obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2017, followed by a Masters in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling in 2021. Her dedication to empowering children and nurturing youth development drives her innovative approach to therapy and intervention. Outside of work, you might find Efraj exploring nature trails or indulging in a good book.
