Yeidi Gilliams is the Assistant Director of Administration who possesses over 24 years of experience in the administrative field. She acquired her administrative experience working within the school system, non-profit organizations and residential facilities for adolescents. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration while working with FTXCS full time. She has been a part of our family for over 7 years and counting! Her everyday tasks include processing all of our Outpatient Billing. She maintains accounts payable, receivable and monthly billing. Yeidi works hard to accomplish all that is assigned to her and more. Her dedication and loyalty make her an essential part of our family!

My role involves comprehensive financial and administrative management, including overseeing all client billing for private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. A key part of my job is verifying client insurance coverage and ensuring all clinicians are properly credentialed by managing our practice information across all insurance panels. I pride myself on being very organized and adaptable, and I am always ready to step in and help my department and the company in any way needed to get the job done
