Yeidi Gilliams is the Assistant Director of Administration who possesses over 24 years of experience in the administrative field. She acquired her administrative experience working within the school system, non-profit organizations and residential facilities for adolescents. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration while working with FTXCS full time. She has been a part of our family for over 7 years and counting! Her everyday tasks include processing all of our Outpatient Billing. She maintains accounts payable, receivable and monthly billing. Yeidi works hard to accomplish all that is assigned to her and more. Her dedication and loyalty make her an essential part of our family!
Sabrina Cotte
Administrative Assistant/Biller

Sabrina is an Administrative Assistant in the Outpatient program with over 14 years’ experience in the administrative and medical field. She has obtained her administrative experience working in Long Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities. Sabrina earned my degree in Medical Billing and Coding, and is HIPAA certified. Sabrina is dedicated, hard-working, and makes everything easier for her team.
Nicole Bailey

Nicole has over 14 years’ experience in the medical field and within billing and credentialing. She is HIPPA certified. She carries a certification in Pharmacy and Ophthalmology as a Technician. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable in the Billing department and is a pleasure to work with.
